The parade begins at 7:00 and some downtown streets will be closed by 6:30, so please plan accordingly. Trick or Treat Night in Derry Township has been scheduled for Monday. When: Meet by 6:15 to be included in judging for best group. The 74th Annual Derry Township Halloween Parade will be held on the streets of Hershey at 7 p.m. This will serve as the drop-off and pick-up location. On Monday, May 29, 2023, at 10:30 am, a Memorial Day ceremony will take place at Chocolate Town Park, located behind the Derry Township Volunteer Fire Department. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone. We encourage players to have a parent-chaperone to walk with them through the parade. This historic parade is celebrating its' 68th year and we hope you're able to join us! The parade is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20th at 7:00 pm and offers participants the chance to pass out candy while walking along a predetermined route through downtown Hershey.
